640 EB LED lights

I have a problem with the LED light strips that go around the front and side windows and also the awning light above the door. They have stopped working altogether. The funny thing is the awning light works when you approach the van and unlock with the remote but not with the switch inside the door. The strip lights are controlled from the panel inside. I have checked the fuses and all seem to be OK. It is not a major problem just a little annoying. Does anyone have any idea what could be the cause of this.

Sounds like a bad connection somewhere that is common to the awning light switch and LED switch,do you have power at the switches?

There is a dull glow on the red light on the switch panel, which possibly indicates an earth or bad connection. If I am correct these are notoriously hard to track down. Strange though as it has only just started, it was fine before.
