Removing shower cubicle in Fleetwood Heritage 640

Hi,
Has anyone had experience of removing the shower cubicle from Fleetwood Heritage 640 2004 model. There’s a burst pipe located behind the shower , not accessible any other way!! Looking for any tips, as the floor is also rotten due to damp issues it needs to be over boarded.
Any info greatly appreciated.
