new owner on site

Hi everyone, we have just took ownership of a Fleetwood Vanlander 430/2. Year 2007.
We sold our new Elddis ~Avante last year - found it too large to fit near house and too heavy really for my Skoda Octavia 4x4.
But we did miss the outdoor caravanning life hence our purchase. I have ordered a book from Preset Graphics, but the cost is £18.50, not the £10 in your forum. (maybe it is a special?)
Anyway, we have a man coming to look at a water leak under the kitchen floor - or 2 leaks rather :-( Also the Truma outside pump continuously pumps - I have no idea where the water is going to!!! It can't take that long to fill a 10l water heater surely?
