Would it be possible to post the club's bank account no and sort code on the forum? Bank transfers could easily be made to it.

In this digital age, I feel this would greatly facilitate collection of membership dues and help members who are making purchases from the club. Name or membership number as payment reference, followed up by an email would do the trick nicely.

Alternatively, many retailers are using PayPal which is a means to send money to anyone who has an email address. I notice many retailers (such as with a transaction I made to Halfords online recently) are taking this form of payment.

Is this suggestion of interest to anyone?

We are looking thro' the entire process of paypal type payments directly to the club at the moment and will let everyone know the outcome in due course.
