Gallery comments are being hi-jacked

I notice in the FOC Gallery people are adding meaningless and unrelated comments to the photos and links to other websites. This is obviously an attempt to boost their search engine ratings. It is a pity the facility is being misused.

I would suggest all members to delete the comments and turn them off in the settings like I have had to do.

I'll close the registration ability down and only open it when requested.

Then only members will have the ability to make comments.

I'll also remove the spurious comments in the process.
