What is included in the Caravan MIRO?

I have a 2003 Fleetwood Colchester 470/2EB
Could you tell me what the MIRO actually includes
I.E does it include the spare wheel or any allowance for the battery and gas cylinders.
I cant find any refererence to this in the owners manual and I believe MIRO contains different allowances depending on the year and the manufacturer.
I would be gratefull for any clarification you can give me.
