TV Point

Hi

Just joined the club after purchasing a 560-4 from a member, a quick question, is there a TV inlet point on the van as I cannot seem to find one, I have found the satellite inlet in the battery box (unless this doubles up?)

Any thoughts?

Our 640 EB has the TV point in the battery box. Have to remember to change the status aerial amp input plug from internal to external and turn it on to get it to work

Hi its definitely a Sat point, i cannot see a TV input and the manual is somewhat vague, not to worry its an excuse to buy a sat system

Just found a converter from maxview , but in my excitement to have found a solution only bought one so when I fitted it I found I needed one the other end too

TV input top right, Sat input centre left.

How you know its a satellite inlet ?

if its just cos its like a satellite screw type it could still be TV as the F type connector are better then TV onces


Best to see where the wire go's u may find it go's to TV point in the caravan

I will give it a whirl cheers, but reply above shows pic of sat??? Point in question with another separate tv point, I have never seen a screw thread tv point but am happy to try it, now where is that multimeter

Been away so a bit late on this one. It's definitely a sat input because I've checked the continuity with the sat outlet inside the van. It's a bit difficult to screw an F plug on though but I found an adaptor that overcomes this. With the right leads/adaptors you could use this as TV input as well.
