Trying to stop the electrics tripping out when overloaded

Postby ChrisandBrenda » Mon Sep 01, 2014 2:16 pm

I seem to remember reading about a device in a fairly recent caravan magazine which effectively stops the electrics cutting out but I can't remember where and when. I think it attaches somehow to part of the wiring, and in the event of a likely overload, it will not allow the potentially offending service to come on e.g. electric kettle. Does anyone know of such a device? I think the cost was around £30 to £40....

Thanks in anticipation

Yes take a look at the technical forums where this subject is covered, you can either purchase a propriety item or go with the rest of us and have one made by another member who is sourcing all the components right now.
