Sadly we recently found that the ravages of weather had almost destroyed our 'van. We discovered that the whole front end was absolutely soaking wet through, plus a large section of the nearside was almost the same (a damp meter reading went off the scale) rendering the 'van beyond economical repair. The upshot of all this is the fact that we sadly had to get rid of it and a dealer took it off us for spares. As we have again taken a large loss financially, we decided that this was the final straw for us as far as caravans are concerned, coupled to the fact that we had another destroyed by arson two years ago. Sorry folks, but we now have finished with caravans after thirty-odd previously enjoyable years. Apologies from us, because we never had the chance to attend any rallies like we've always done and meet people, so we're going to retire from the scene. Our kindest regards to everyone. John and Sue.
