Many thanks to Allan for the pics in the How-to section of the website. I differed in pipework approach that I purchased a short section of flexible Alde hose on the suction side which was easier than using fixed bends and rigid pipe. Also it allows you to squish any air locks and get the circulation going when refilling.

Fitting the control panel was a cinch. Had to enlarge the hole top and bottom and the new panel came with a plate to reduce the cutout width. Old panel now for sale. Remote temperature sensor yet to fit. I can't decide where it should go.
