Fitted new jockey whee/ & tyre

While out at our AGM Rally I noticed that the inflatable tyre on my jockey wheel was starting to perish by showing large cracks on both the tread and sidewall areas of the tyre. I should have checked it when I changed the road tyres a few weeks ago but didn't.

This is a critical item for me, as I need to use the motor mover to locate the caravan into its storage position at home, it was needed ASAP. I picked one up from my local caravan accessory outlet Lowdham Leisure for £22.95.

Fitting was straight forward as you just need to unwind the lower section to remove it from the caravan, this gives the opportunity to clean the wind out section, fit the new wheel and tyre assembly and grease up the screw on refitting to the upper section. All was completed in no time at all.
