Wanted - kitchen sink tap for Heritage 560/4 - now sorted

We need to replace the existing tap which is leaking. If anyone has one or knows the make and model and who may be able to supply one, that would be great.

We have now managed to renovate the tap by undoing the small screw holding it in place and easing out the tap from the base. We inserted a new O ring and the job is a good one. The damage was probably caused by frost and we weren't able to replace the (nylon?) washer which was partially sticking out of the top of the joint, but it works ok without tightening the retaining screw too tightly
