The caravan has been fully serviced since new (all receipts are available, May 2016 last service).
I have had the caravan since new and have looked after it. I do not smoke and have no pets.
Front bed makes up to very large double bed. Rear is an Island bed that can be extended for a taller person. The bed lifts up to give a huge amount of storage space underneath.
There are also small wardrobes either side of the island bed.
TV points at either end of the 'van, a built in radio cd/dvd player
Shower has never been used as a shower but as an additional wardrobe.
Because I am giving up caravanning there are a number of additional items included in the price:
40 litre Aquaroll plus Aquaroll Mains Water Adaptor hose and connector, selection of waste hose straight and flexible
45 litre Wastehog waste water caddy plus smaller one that came with the caravan.
