Heritage 640 EB LCD panel

When I bought my 1999 640EB a few years ago ( from an owner on this site) they also sold me a new spare LCD display unit. At the moment I have a small electrical problem and wondered if the control unit could be the cause. Unfortunately when I switched the unit I realised that I did not know the unlock code of a new display. I have tried the obvious 0000,1234 etc with no joy. I don't think it has ever been fitted before so it is unlikely to have been changed by the previous owners. Any suggestions?
