Well where do i start.
I really only got into Caravanning as hate tents and needed somewhere to sleep at car show events. We have 2 Grand Cherokees and a American Show car and attend variosu rallies through year and even help run a car show in Andover in Easter having 1500 cars
Wifes parents bought an Eldis and within a few months had a bad accident and wrote the van and car off. Luckily they all got out without any injuries. So with them we started to look at a replacement. They went to a dealer in Banbury and purchased a 04 Colchester as it seemed the best fitted out and the quality was there. Very happy with it .
We had a look round at all the competetion and nothing mathches the quality.
Decided on a Heritage
We all then decided to go th France vendee region but in 2 waves. We went first with Van and then they followed 2 weeks later and we came home. Getting lost was par for the course and ended going round past the Palace of Versaille on the cobbled streets with the van on the back. Not a good move.
A good few weeks slept in the awning on one of these fast infalte Aero beds. Worth every penny.
Rained a bit and awning had a lake on the roof bulging inches from my nose. But thats caravanning.
Came home and decided lets wait till Nec and get one.
Visited show and purchased a Heritage delivery May 08 from Washington Caravan and leisure. What nice people. Pleasure doing business.. Joined the club straight away.
Will no doubt see you all around.
Going to N Spain this summer taking the home on wheels.
Kind regards to you all
Merry Christmas and a happy new year
