2020 AGM

I assume that the Club AGM has been postponed until Rally sites have reopened, and/or gatherings of people are again forthcoming.
Would it be possible to have the official word from the Club on it’s current thinking on this matter as there are many options that can allow the AGM to take place.
I assume that the AGM hasn’t taken place as there’s no published materials distributed to the membership.
