FOR SALE - for spares or project!
Fleetwood Caravan
Model 1150 (Colchester ??). Serial No: 810287. Possibly 1981 vintage but not sure.
Ex-works 650kg. Nose 51kg
Check/Service April 2018
In roadworthy condition, but advisories (i) replace tyres—8 years old (but very good tread); (ii) replace break shoes next service.
Internally:
Believed original upholstery, curtains and carpet (images show new carpet over, but original under).
Gas heater removed as in dangerous condition.
Gas light removed.
Cooker OK, but not the latest safety features, only as required when new (1981?).
Gas leak on system and blanked off. Requires new gas line run to cooker.
Trip switches (consumer unit) insecure—not tripping. Requires check/overhaul all internal electrics.
Awning:
Probably the original but still in use. Skirt (PVC) in poor condition and requires repair or replacement.
Repair patch on roof (approx. 12” x 12”) but generally not visible. No rain ingress through the patch
Internally, no visible rain ingress
No fixed WC or shower, etc.
More like a tent on wheels!
